Notice for Winter Holiday

Dear all international students:

From January19th to February 22nd, 2013, all the foreign students in SMU will be off class for their winter holiday. We just wish everyone who stays on campus a happy new year. Next semester will start from February 23rd. For the sake of your daily safety, all the students should be required to read this notice very carefully and abide by the rules set by the dormitory management.

1. No one is expected to remain off campus at night without informing the monitor or Mr ZHAO Bin on new campus and DENG Qingqiong on Old campus as follows.
2. No electric apparatus, such as electric cup, electric boiler or oven, electric iron, etc is used in the dormitory.
3. Please pay attention to the total amount of electricity, gas, water allocated to each room, the over used part should be paid by the students themselves.
4. The Room A104 on the first floor of international student dormitory is available to all the international students to study and visit Internet. Be sure to take care of the facilities inside.
5. The classroom as well as dormitory is expected to be kept clean and neat.
6. When emergency occurs, tell the dormitory supervisor immediately and contact with the teachers in the International Education College as follows.
7. The international students are expected to help each other and get along well with each other.
