Dear Int’l Students;
The registration procedures for the 2020/ 2021 autumn (fall) academic semester for international students are as follows;
a. For students on campus ONLY: Students living on campus can register with their registration booklet on the first floor of building 63-64 by Friday, 11th Septermber, 2020 from 9:00 am - 11:00 am.
b. For students off-campus but in China ONLY: Those who have duly applied to return to campus should follow the university’s return to school procedures for 2020/ 2021 autumn semester and go through all necessary registration formalities on the first floor of the dormitory building 63-64 on their specified return date. Additionally, off-campus students who have applied to return to school should contact the International Education College (IEC) a day before their registration date.
c. For students outside China ONLY: Registration forms will be sent to them via e-mail. After completing the form, students are to send them to the IEC mail before the registration deadline for 2020/ 2021 autumn academic year.
Scholarship students who have gone through all necessary registration and teaching procedures for the semester and are presently residing in China will continue to receive their monthly stipend as required. Concurrently, scholarship students outside China will receive their monthly stipends remittance upon their return to school and have met all necessary academic requirements (thus, participate in their respective online teaching classes [if any] and have passed their yearly academic assessment). In that regards, students who fail the academic assessment will have their scholarship suspended upon arriving to the university.
Note:
- For specific returning dates, please refer to the notice sent on 24th August, 2020.
- Students who do not have the ability to participate in their respective online classes as required by the university should promptly apply for suspension their studies for this academic semester, otherwise, they will be treated as absentees.
