The International Education College (IEC) is pleased to announce Mr. Osman Mohd Tarmizi, a Malaysian from the College of Merchant Marine as the winner of the “2020 Chinese Government Scholarship Award for Outstanding International Students” in China. The award was merited based on evaluation done by experts from the University as well as the Ministry of Education according to the candidate’s requirements.
