Dear students, according to the regulations of the University, the notice of applying for extension of scholarship period for doctoral students this year is as follows：

Specific Requirements：

1.For doctoral students learning attitude is serious,performing well,but unable to completed studies for special reasons and the sending country did not  included in scholarships plan, can apply to extend the scholarship period. The examination and approval principles are above:before application students must pass the annual evaluation of scholarships, finish the opening report, pass the mid-term assessment (or achieve learning Training requirements stipulated by the school);

2.The duration of the scholarship is extended for a maximum of one year;

3.The students are requested to hand in the application forms before 21st,May.  Upload Application for Extension of Scholarship for Chinese Government Scholarship Students and Student Status Changes Application Form for International Graduate Students (attachments one and two) and hand in to IEC Room 808-1;

4.Doctoral students who can’t submit the application form on time or submit unqualified applications will be taken as giving up the applications.

關於2021/2022學年博士生申請延長

獎學金資助期限有關工作的通知

各位同學🤷🏻‍♀️，根據學校規定，現將本年度博士生申請延長獎學金資助期限通知如下🛺，

具體要求：

1.對於個別學習態度認真、表現良好🦅、因特殊原因不能按期完成學業且派遣國無法列入獎學金計劃的博士研究生，可向我委申請延長獎學金資助期限，審批原則為🫠☝🏿：提交申請前，學生須通過獎學金年度評審、完成開題報告、通過中期考核（或達到學校規定的培養要求）；

2.獎學金期限最多延長一年♝；

3.請於5 月 21 日前提交延期申請，並將《中國政府獎學金生延長獎學金期限申請表》和《欧陆平台留學研究生學籍異動申請表》（附件1和附件2）提交至國際教育欧陆B808-1;

4.未在規定時間內提交延期申請表或申請材料不合格一律視為放棄申請。
