各位上海政府獎學金生/Dear Shanghai Government Scholarship Students:
根據相關要求，學校將開展上海政府獎學金生年度評審工作🧑🏿🦲。下一學年繼續在校學習的上海政府獎學金生，必須參加獎學金年度評審，無故不參加獎學金年度評審者，將被取消獎學金資格👨🏻🦼➡️。現將本年度上海政府獎學金年度評審工作有關事項通知如下：
In accordance with the relevant regulations and requirements of the Shanghai government Scholarships, Shanghai government Scholarship students must go through a comprehensive review to determine whether they are qualified to continue receiving the scholarship.
評審對象/Review Candidates
（一）下一學年擬繼續享受上海政府獎學金的學生👩🔧；
SGS students who continue to study in SMU in the next academic year.
（二）上一年度評審不合格被中止獎學金資格的學生。
SGS students who were ranked as “Unqualified” in the last annual review and whose scholarship has been suspended.
註👩🦽：當前處於休學狀態可不參評。
Those who have been in the suspension of schooling may not participant in the review
二、評審內容/Review Content
評審內容包括獎學金生的道德品行🦴🧑🏽🏭、學習成績、學習/科研態度、活動表現。最終的評審結果為合格和不合格。評審合格的學生，將在下一學年度繼續享受獎學金資格。評審不合格的學生的獎學金資格將會被中止或者取消🧔🏼♂️。
The annual review will be conducted based on the moral behavior, academic performance, learning or research attitude and extracurricular performances. The evaluation opinions are divided into two types: qualified and unqualified. Those with a total score of 60 or above will be regarded as qualified. For those students who are not qualified for Shanghai government scholarships, the State Scholarship Council will suspend or cancel their scholarships.
（一）6月8日前學生登錄數字平臺完成自評/Students Self-evaluation。
Shanghai Government Scholarship students, before 17: 00 (Beijing time) on June 8, 2022 fill in the "Shanghai government scholarship self-evaluation", complete the self-evaluation information and submit.
6月9日-6月15日導師/輔導員評價/Supervisors and counselors review
Supervisors or counselors will make quantitative scoring and qualitative evaluation based on the students' performance in the past year or semester before June 15th, 2022
6月16日-6月23日學校評審/Review by School
SMU ScholarshipCommittee will complete the review based on the student’s self-evaluation and tutors and counselors’ review, and report the annual review report before June 23th, 2022.
